If you have tried other brands of whole food products with vegetable ingredients and you consider that Yuït is not the best flavor on the market, you can return the product to us.



Hopefully not the case! But, if you identify that your product arrives with any type of nonconformity, send us an email to indicating the identification code of your order (you can review it in the customer area of our website) and explaining what has happened. If you include photographs or any other documentation that allows us to fully understand the case, even better!

Once your return request or incident notification has been sent, within 1 week, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. We may also contact you to request additional information. The more you facilitate this contact, the faster and more agile the management will be.

In the event that we confirm that there has been an error on our part regarding the product or the shipment, we will correct it in the best possible way. The methods used, except exceptionally, will be Exchange or Reimbursement.

Besides, At Yuït we guarantee the best flavor on the market. If you are a regular consumer of other types of powdered shakes and you consider that Yuït is not up to the task, you can also request a refund. In this case you will have to write to us by email and provide us with extended information regarding your consumer experience and return the products. Once we have received both the feedback and the products, the refund will be made.

In both cases, our return policy establishes a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to be able to make claims regarding it.


If the request has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.


We will send you an exchange product to replace products that are defective or damaged.
